Sweetwater Creek medal winning Xmas plum puddings came into being when Nick Levy and Pete Cohn bought a family based Christmas pudding business which had been expertly crafting handmade “Plum Puddings” for more than 30 years.

Sweetwater Creek puddings are lovingly made in batches of up to 200 puddings a day by a small and dedicated team in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. All p​uddings are boiled, not baked or steamed, ensuring the moist richness of the puddings remains long after the cooking process.

Nick and Pete and their small team are continuing to make the high quality, great tasting puddings that families around Australia have been reheating, slicing up and enjoying at Christmas dinners and lunches for so many years.
